SHORT SYNOPSIS

Lakhbir Sohal is a qualified solicitor and a member of the Immigration Accredited Scheme (Level 2 Senior Caseworker). He has over 14 years practical experience in dealing exclusively with Immigration, asylum and human rights cases. He has a substantial private client caseload but continued to undertake legal aid work.

Since qualification he has practised solely in immigration and asylum law. He has experience of a wide range of cases at all levels. His particular expertise is finding solutions for individuals with complex immigration problems as his clients are often individuals who have been caught out by the complexities of the immigration system and need help in resolving their problem. Lakhbir‘s current interests include family and partners, EEA nationals, human rights, citizenship, deportation, asylum and applications under the points system.

He is known for his dedication and commitment to his cases and friendly down to earth approach.
