SHORT SYNOPSIS
Amir Farooqui is a qualified Solicitor since 2013. He did his LLM at The University of Aberdeen with distinction. Prior to that he did his law degree at The University of Bhopal, India.
Amir is a driven individual with significant experience in Immigration law and his passion for law always pays off in the form of success for his clients.
He has volunteered for many organisations including Citizen Advice Bureau.
He is also Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) since 2014. Previously Amir has ran his own OISC legal practice for four years in Scotland.
He joined the Immigration department at SABZ Solicitors and he deals with a wide variety of applications, such as visitor visas, entry clearance spouse visas, further leave to remain applications, EUSS application, indefinite leave to remain, PBS, work and nationality applications.
He is equally respected by his clients and colleagues.
