SHORT SYNOPSIS

Shabnam Mughal is a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who plays a vital role in supporting the specialist immigration team. She is the Head of Immigration Appeals department.

Having spent more than 16 years in the Immigration field, Shabnam is well organised and well versed in most areas of immigration and lends integral support in all manner of immigration instructions.

Shabnam completed her law degree (LLB) at Manchester Metropolitan University and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Demounford University in Leicester.

She was a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEX) and is a qualified FCILEX/Chartered Legal Executive and is also a CILEx fellow and eventually progressed and qualified and enrolled as a Solicitor.

Shabnam also holds LSC Level 1 Accredited Immigration Caseworker status.
